A five‑star hotel that truly deserves its stars! We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Montecatini Palace, a prestigious property that stands out for its elegant interiors, tasteful furnishings, and meticulous attention to detail. The spa and pool are wonderful, perfect for moments of genuine relaxation. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout, and the staff is always extremely friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The restaurant is also great, both for the quality of the cuisine and the service, where professionalism and friendliness blend wonderfully. A special thanks to Gaetano, who made every moment even more enjoyable with his friendliness and cordiality. Kudos also to Angelica and Gomathi at reception, always welcoming, smiling, and helpful, with a professionalism that makes guests feel in good hands. This is a high‑level property where luxury is not only in the surroundings but especially in the quality of hospitality and the attention given to guests. We’ll remember this stay with pleasure and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful in every way. The room, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant, the location, the spa, the décor. What else can I say? It was a perfect stay thanks to the organization and the care of a friendly and well‑prepared team. Undoubtedly a ten‑point stay, and if I may recommend, the restaurant is a must‑try! Great job.

A blonde receptionist was very kind, even charging my phone with her charger after my charger didn’t fit the outlet. The breakfast spread was great.

Lovely comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. The spa facilities and rooftop terrace are excellent bonuses. Montecatini Terme did not impress us, but we chose the hotel for relaxation and not location. Montecatini Alto is well worth a trip though
