The coffee was average and the spot is convenient, but the bathroom was cramped with a broken door, and the TV only offered a single channel.

The place is well‑situated, the room was fine and breakfast good, yet we were humiliated at check‑out because of our dogs— they tried to charge us for spilled water, a dirty towel edge, and insisted we pay for a pet. They shouldn't advertise pet policy if they aren't ready for it, and the whole check‑out was a nightmare; I don't recommend this hotel for families with pets.

The room had great ventilation and light, breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, but the TV only had two channels, which could use improvement.
