The hospitality was excellent.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, but when I went out I saw a beautiful garden in front of the hotel that was not being used properly.

It’s advertised as 5 *, yet the service and quality fell far short; the entire room smelled because sewage water leaked from both toilets. They were clearly aware the room was booked and still failed to complete repairs before our arrival.
