The bathrooms were very clean and there were enough for all guests. The room matched the photos. The beds were spacious and soft, with high‑quality linens. The location is great for getting to the main train station and for walking around the historic part of town. The door to the room closes poorly and opens even worse; the ladder for the upper bed is a bit narrow and hard to climb.

“Not bad but not great”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was coffee and tea at reception. The beds were comfortable, the place warm, and the showers good. However, the room lacked a private shower even though it had a private bathroom, and it had no windows. The shared kitchen was too small for the number of people, so we had to eat in the reception next door, which was inconvenient. I think the air extractor was the source of constant noise—white noise once you get used to it. Our room was next to the shower, and it was noisy because other guests used it in the morning and evening. The room had no furniture, making it uncomfortable to leave our things around.

“10/10”

The hostel scored 10/10, was extremely safe, inexpensive, conveniently located, clean, and friendly, with an international vibe in Sweden’s otherwise very expensive capital city of Stockholm. Everything was 10/10…unless you don’t speak English, but the staff were very helpful and would assist anyway!

The location was great. The showers needed cleaning.

The location was excellent, the staff very friendly, and it’s a cheap accommodation. There were no lockable lockers to store your belongings in a shared room, so you had to bring your own padlock.
