“Never again”

The room was comfortable, but the manager was inconsiderate. I had no idea there was a limit on how many people could stay in the room, and nobody told us for two days. Then the manager appeared and basically said "GTFO or I'll charge you," so we left within an hour, yet he still charged me 102.00 bucks. I understand a policy was broken, but telling us to leave or be charged, and then still charging after we left, is unacceptable. The lady at night is absolutely sweet, and the breakfast was decent.

I didn't know breakfast was offered at all, and there was no place for the dogs to go potty.

“Horrendous. Avoid like the plague.”

Paid upnfront for 2 rooms . On arrival the manager said only one room was paid for and he needed to charge for the second. I foolishly paid. Spoke to my daughter - who made the booking - and she went inside to show the manager proof of payment with the confirmation email. The manager didn't like this one bit. He became aggressive very quickly, raising his voice, calling us names for daring to question him. And still refused to see proof of payment or provide evidence to the contrary, saying he can'tprovode any kind of bill until check out. My daughter told him there's no need to raise his voice and to refund the stay, we'll go elsewhere. He agreed and said he needed my card to refund so I gave it to him. Since then, he's charged my card a further 4 times and I'm not even in the country

“Nice visit with a clean room.”

The room was clean and well appointed, but bath towels could be exchanged more than once a week.
