“Great place, very poor check-in desk.the”
The room was very comfortable and well‑situated; it wasn’t in the middle of all the noise and traffic, yet close enough to walk to major retailers and restaurants. Without a full‑time front desk or a phone contact for emergencies, it can be a nightmare if you need help. If you lose your key or have a delayed flight and can’t contact the property, you could be locked out all night. My wife and I arrived late due to aircraft delays. By the time we got our luggage, rental car, and found our way to the hotel, it was very late. We were lucky that the kind staff waited for us, but if they hadn’t, we would have slept on the street. No phone, intercom, or emergency numbers are provided. We asked for a couple of extra pillows, which the front desk said they would get, but they never did, and most of the time the front office was unattended, so we had to be uncomfortable for the few days we were there with nobody to ask. We saw many guests standing outside trying to find someone to let them check in. Luckily, it wasn’t extremely cold or rainy. Otherwise, I’m sure these guests would not have a lot of good things to say about their stay.
