The beds were very comfortable and the heater was very quiet. The pool area was old and in need of an update. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been; there were dirty handprints on the doors, the hairdryer was dirty, and the carpet in both rooms and hallways needed steam cleaning. You had to go to the front desk for laundry bags. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty (no hair conditioner). They advertised a free breakfast, but it actually cost $14.99.
