The hotel quality is deteriorating and the rooms look clean, but just before we went to sleep we found a beautiful p… on the pillow, the air conditioning didn’t work even after we reported it, and we woke up with water on the floor

The location is good and the place is generally clean, and the reception was helpful, yet the rooms feel old and tired, the TV had no signal, the bathroom had three separate steps, the layout was horrible and cramped, and there were only two towels with no hand towel or floor mat to prevent slipping out of the shower while navigating the steps

The location is central and the price matches the room, but there is no parking at the hotel and it’s three blocks away

The breakfast isn’t good… there’s no variety, only one person serves everyone, the location is fine but the breakfast and cleanliness need improvement or the place will go bankrupt; the room is dirty, the paint is old, the bathroom is ancient, the spaces aren’t cleaned, there’s no iron or place to iron, the connections are old, and the manager lets the staff do whatever they want and does absolutely nothing
