The location is central, but there was no mirror in the bedroom and the hot tub never had enough water; even after a staff member topped it up, the level seemed to drop overnight and it was unusable.

The receptionist was kind, polite, and helpful, but we had a hard time going up to the third floor because there was no elevator and my knee problem made it tough; the receptionist still helped us a lot. The breakfast was bad.
