The beds were good and comfortable, and the rooms stayed clean with regular housekeeping. The coffee was excellent, and the restaurant food was superb—an absolute highlight. However, the rooms felt very basic, spartan, and noticeably dated, giving off a youth‑hostel vibe rather than the cozy ambience one expects from an agriturismo. They were extremely sound‑prone, so hallway noises and sounds from adjacent areas were clearly audible. What really annoyed me was the staff starting at 8 am, loudly talking on the hallway, slamming doors, and vacuuming, which made it hard to sleep or relax. Breakfast was a major let‑down: the selection and presentation were lacking, the staff were unfriendly and barely spoke English, and the restaurant’s atmosphere was mediocre and dim. Overall, the value for money didn’t match our expectations; for the price we’d hoped for more comfort and a pleasant environment. If you’re a contractor or just need a simple one‑night stay, this agriturismo might suit you, but for a restful stay or longer holiday we wouldn’t recommend it.

The buffet breakfast was simple but covered everything, both sweet and savory. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The only drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the room; you could clearly hear people in other rooms, so privacy was limited.
