The property was beautiful with amazing views, the breakfast was good, and it’s close to everything. The staff were amazing. The cleanliness and the shower facilities were lacking.

The location was great, still a traditional Balinese setup among the jungle, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and the restaurant were amazing.

The staff were very friendly, especially the girls who served breakfast. When you entered, it was very dirty and quite gross. The rooms weren’t really clean (just looked polished), the bathroom was old. The street to get to the center was unsafe… a lot of traffic, no sidewalks. Only loose tiles and stones. And it was very dark in the evenings to get back to your hotel.

Ketut and his staff were very friendly. They helped us arrange trips, not from a list but personally. The accommodation gives you a true Balinese feeling, since it’s part of the family compound. The pool in the back gives you a relaxed escape, away from all the traffic, in the middle of nature. The food was really great as well! Lots of options, also for drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and when visiting Ubud again, I will definitely go back to Ketut!
