The staff were very helpful, the location is excellent and close to the pedestrian zone and all events. The place was clean and tidy. The breakfast could have been more varied, and we had to ask for soap and clean towels – maybe these facilities aren’t available every day, but the staff were very friendly and delivered them immediately.

There was no host, never contacted by anyone, and no clear sign indicating where the BB is located.

The location is great, the room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is a bit neglected and smells bad because of the drainage system. The room is somewhat noisy even with the windows closed, since it faces a busy intersection. Breakfast is good but could be improved.

Everything was great! Clean, well‑furnished, the staff were helpful and professional, and the location was perfect near everything. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in this wonderful city.
