“Great stay close to the Battery!”
The staff were amazing, but everything else was exactly what I expected.

Anton at the front desk was a great asset to the team; he was very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. The only two things I didn’t like were that housekeeping waited until the last minute to clean my room. We had three reservations, checked out and checked back in keeping the same room. We came back around 3:30 pm from our excursion. The housekeeper asked for 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later she met us in the lobby and asked for another 15 minutes. It took her 45 minutes to clean a room that wasn’t even messy. (We noticed small stains that looked like makeup on the sheets and towels and no one in our party wears makeup.)

The staff was great. Cedric was exceptionally kind and helpful. He informed us about the breakfast, restaurants in the area, offered us something to drink and snacks. Everything was great.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, as you are a 5 min walk from the battery. The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the pillows were awful. The a/c unit had a damp smell when running.

Excellent location…walking distance to our venue and destination. Parking was a bit tight.
