The location is great, with easy transport from and to the centre. It’s very quiet, residential, and has a family atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly. I don’t think there are many hotels like this.

The reception was very welcoming, the staff were very kind, and breakfast was included and excellent. We’re 5 to 7 minutes from a tram stop that takes us to the city centre. When we arrived at the train station we took the tram to reach the hotel. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
