Special location. Very nicely renovated. Fantastic wallpaper in the Moscow room. Very good breakfast and very good kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. The stairs are something you have to get used to.

The building, historically valuable, was carefully renovated; the staff were very friendly, the room was generous and beautiful, and the food was excellent, yet the bathroom lacked a hair dryer, which I would have expected at this price point.

The room equipment and comfort were good, but the breakfast could have been better explained so it was clear what could still be ordered and what came automatically.

We were upgraded and stayed in room Firenze, which is gorgeous with fantastic wallpaper; the other hotel rooms are beautifully renovated, and the new oversized sofas are a dream. However, at breakfast I wanted to sit by the large window, yet on both occasions the area was not cleared.
