The first day, when I checked in, the electricity went out for almost 3 hours; the bedsheets were stained, the shower and toilet had leaks, and the carpets were scorched in spots. My room lacked a basket and tissues, the AC barely worked, and although breakfast was supposedly included, only tea was served in the room. A spider was on my pillow when I first arrived, the staff barely spoke English, there was no airport shuttle, the dining table cloth was torn or burnt, the room locks were inadequate, and overall it was a very poor experience.

The place was clean overall, and I didn't encounter any issues, so I could go back again. The overall experience was good.
