The breakfast was great, the location was good, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, and there was an English news TV channel; however, the reception staff didn’t give enough detailed information about how to reach my room or the breakfast restaurant, even though everything else was correct and helpful.

The spot was good, but the room we got didn’t match the layout I booked; the shower and toilet were in the same area, which was very inconvenient, and the front desk staff refused to change rooms in a rude way.
