I was in Lexington, VA, for parents' weekend at my daughter's university. I want a contact to complain and expect compensation for the room’s condition. The room was dirty, mold on the shower curtain, the toilet seat was chipped and could scratch you, and there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The side chair was left outside in the rain and was wet. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, and the room smelled like smoke.
