“Good Location and Spacious Unit, but Some Areas Feel Dated”
The hotel’s location is good, especially if you want to stay away from the busier tourist spots. The quieter vibe makes it a nice option for a relaxed stay. The unit itself is spacious, though the décor and overall look are a bit dated and could use an update. The kitchen has the basics for simple meals; we didn’t use it, but it seemed adequate for self‑catering. We tried a bit of pool in the games area, but there isn’t much room to set up the cues. The on‑site money exchange was handy. Overall, it’s a roomy, well‑located property with a calm atmosphere, but a few updates and attention to practical details would improve the guest experience. Breakfast for us vegetarians was limited to fruit, a pastry, and fresh orange juice; they couldn’t find avocados, which were oddly available at a nearby vendor. The bathroom is spacious and airy, but the glass sliding door is noisy and tends to roll open or shut when you try to move it the other way, which can be frustrating. The room lets in a lot of light in the morning, so those who prefer a darker room should keep that in mind even with the shutters closed.
