The spot in Toulon is perfect—right across from the maritime museum, port, and naval base. The building is interesting and quirky, and the balcony is amazing, private, with bay views. The room is quite small, making it hard to open suitcases. Parking is a bit of a hassle: you must parallel park in front of the lobby to unload, then drive around the block, say a code word to lower the barriers, and finally navigate a tight underground parking structure to find a small spot. More RF codes would help get back into the labyrinth.

Even though our room had been booked for over two months, we had to change rooms three times! The first was a dormitory, the second had a spiral staircase, and finally the third was acceptable. The second morning it was impossible to have breakfast because a group of athletes had already eaten everything; the trays were empty. For a breakfast that costs 24 euros, that is unacceptable! In short, very disappointed given the price. I do not recommend this hotel. Very, very disappointed with this hotel.
