The property is very modern. Check‑in must be done online, before arrival, on a platform other than Booking (not specified in the listing). We didn't find the key in our apartment and solved the situation after contacting the property on two different phone numbers and via Booking, only thanks to a chance encounter with the cleaning lady. The first evening, some noisy guests prevented us from resting until we contacted the property. The property guarantees internal parking, but there were not enough spots and someone, stuck behind other cars, knocked on our door early in the morning. The surroundings are dilapidated, with no decent places to have breakfast. The room cleaning is not guaranteed from the second day of stay (another thing that does not seem specified in the listing).

Nothing. The room was very dirty. The room was not cleaned: the toilet and shower were not washed, there was a pile of hair, trash on the shelf in the shower and on the sink, the hair dryer was broken, causing burns, and the half‑eaten advertisement was on the wardrobe. There was no kettle, the TV sound didn't work. The room looked bigger in the photo, but it was actually very small and uncomfortable. There was no sound insulation, the walls were like cardboard. The whole hotel is password‑protected, and the same password was used for the room and the door on the floor, so anyone could enter the room. All the restaurants listed in the description were closed, so there was nowhere to eat nearby; the nearest decent supermarket was Lidl, and it was far away. The area is very smelly and full of trash, with no public transport, so I do not recommend it at all, and parking with your own car is inconvenient – there were few spots. The general balcony is also not cleaned, the view of the courtyard is not very good, and there are few rooms with a mountain view. The owners do not respond to messages.

The only negative point: no breakfast included and no kitchen available for preparing breakfast independently by buying items from a supermarket. Everything else was excellent: cleanliness, comfort, large rooms, great facility. A shout‑out and thanks to Manila, the operator responsible for cleaning and supplying towels and body hygiene products in the rooms. The lack of included breakfast and the inability to use the kitchen for independent preparation were the only downsides.

Parking inside the hotel, air conditioning, WiFi, and a great location make it a beautiful and meticulously kept place, but the staff communication left something to be desired.

The setting is lovely, the internal parking, automatic door, and electric gate with code are convenient, yet there is no coffee machine in the breakfast area.
