da Heim Guest House

“Loved the location, the property overall was good, would have appreciated a better welcome.”

I loved the location and the overall look of the place. It would have been nicer if the room had at least a fan and a full‑length mirror; our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our 3‑night stay.

“Relaxation”

Spacious, great location near the beach, quiet, well equipped, and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

“Ein perfekter Ort zum Wohlfühlen – familiär und herzlich!”

Nina is an outstanding host and the professional manager of the guesthouse—warm, helpful, and always available for guests. She runs the guesthouse with great passion and professionalism, full of ideas to keep “Da Heim” evolving. Employee Charles also does a fantastic job, ensuring everything on the premises and in the apartments stays in top order. The family‑like atmosphere makes you feel at home instantly. In October it was a bit cool at night, so they provided a heater that was more than sufficient. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped and clean. The location is perfect: very quiet, just a few steps from the beach, and the city is easily reachable. We felt safe at all times. A small supermarket, restaurants, and a gas station were only a few minutes away. We would come back anytime and were completely happy. We already miss Nina and “Da Heim”!

The guest house was beautiful, but they never sent a cleaning staff or a mop, and they didn’t change towels for us; we asked for a mop and they said we were only there for three days.

There is no breakfast service, it’s self‑catering, and Maria would have liked a restaurant that could serve at least a breakfast. The accommodation lacks Live TV, only internet is available; it would be ideal to have a DSTV connection so guests can access news and current topics.
