The room designs are stunning and thoughtful, and every employee’s service was excellent. The magic show, shadow art, and balloon art by the artists were amusing, interesting, and fun. The resort’s amenities are good, and the food is amazing, especially the traditional Kerala evening tea/coffee and snacks, which is a terrific idea executed well by the staff. Both the internal and external views are well designed and stunning. The resort has carefully considered the user journey and experience, making it a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it to friends and family. A healing or rejuvenation package included for free would further enhance the experience.
