The location is good. The front desk person is rarely present, but she will argue if you contact her or ask for help. Even a simple request like changing beds will make her argue. I’ve travelled in hostels for ten years and never had staff enter the room, speak so rudely, and do so late when you’re asleep.

The property’s location is very good, on MG Road. There is no room service. I asked to clean the room but the staff took no action. The lighting in the room is not good.

The place is great—just book it. The highlight is its location right in the heart of MG Marg.

The spot is convenient, but the staff were unhelpful, there were no curtains in the bed, and I didn’t receive a receipt for the Sikkim Tourism free. It feels like a scam in the name of the government.
