Everything was excellent, just the house next to the hotel looks ugly and gives the hotel a bad impression; that part should be improved even though it doesn’t belong to the hotel, but you should insist that they improve it as it’s part of the city’s code of conduct. Also improve the main door handle. Thank you. It’s small but cozy; a few small things could be improved. The service is excellent, good managers. Next time I stay, I hope to see the mentioned improvements. Thank you and best wishes.

“Habitación arriba bien la de abajo terrible”

When we arrived, they handed us a first‑floor room that smelled like rotten pipes; I should have inspected it before paying. They refused to refund us and moved us to a better room upstairs. I think they could improve the closets and woodwork, and they should never offer the downstairs room behind the reception. There was no fridge in the room, which is a drawback, but the upstairs room was fine.

There is nothing to say; don't book here. We arrived with a reservation, but they told us the hotel was full and had no rooms. We pointed out our booking, yet they still refused to accommodate us, showing irresponsibility and disrespect. The worst part was that when we later asked other hotels in a WhatsApp group for availability, the Barcelona hotel claimed they had rooms but at a higher price than our reservation. This indicates they had rooms but chose not to honor the booking. I hope people read this and avoid staying there; the staff are unscrupulous and care little about guests or safety.

I felt a total lack of respect. I called to confirm because I knew overbooking could happen, and they waited until 10:30 pm to tell me there was no reservation.
