The Alpasion Lodge is in the heart of the Valle de Uco - it is remarkable for climate, scenery and being surrounded by vines. The food and drink were sublime and the knowledge and attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. The wine tour was out of this world. Can’t think of anything

The staff provided excellent service with great care and attention to guests. The hotel’s facilities are very good and cozy. I would not recommend staying in the domes when it’s cold. We were at the beginning of October and experienced 5 °C. Even with the dome’s air conditioning set to hot, the heater on resistance, and the fireplace on, the dome didn’t warm up. We didn’t feel cold enough to sleep because we used all the blankets.

The experience was incredible, in a beautiful setting within a vineyard – the dome is something everyone should try one day. Breakfast was handled spectacularly. On cold nights the dome feels chilly, and you have to ask to light the fireplace. The only thing that bothered me was that the shower time is controlled; if you want a couple’s shower it’s not possible because the water freezes.

The experience was very good and we stayed in the Dome, which is truly different and special. However, we had high expectations for comfort and especially for mountain visibility, and unfortunately those points fell a bit below what we imagined. We spoke with the team about it and were promptly attended to. They offered to change our accommodation, but the option available was a conventional room. Since we wanted to experience the Dome, we chose to stay in Dome 1. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I think expectations should be aligned before booking, especially regarding view and comfort level.
