The love hotel was well equipped, very clean, and had good facilities. It’s a short walk to Mura Rail Station, making it easy to catch the regular train to Matsumoto. Coffee was available, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The downside was that, during a busy holiday weekend, the room was priced at three times the normal rate (clearly marked under 10k JPY), which felt like price gouging. It’s better than having no accommodation and the convenience it offers, but paying so much over the rack rate leaves a slightly bad taste.

I liked the room. The staff were friendly, even though they barely spoke English. The exterior design of the hotel is very nice. The bar was nice. The parking cost almost 8000 yen, the stairs to get to the room. There is no reception in the hotel. It feels like a maze because there is no organised entrance and exit.

All the supplies are there, the room is big, the TV is large, very comfortable to stay. The hotel staff’s attitude is very good, the service is very attentive. Nothing, the only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the station.
