The reception is handled in person by very pleasant people. The spot is ideal for a train transfer, and a food hall nearby offers great dining options. It’s a bit noisy—window insulation isn’t great—and the bathroom feels like a Tetris puzzle to fit everything in, though the shower itself is spacious.

Just a short walk from the central station, though the proximity gave a slightly eerie vibe. I got a bit lost at the entrance, but staff quickly helped me out. The team was friendly, the room was bright and clean, and breakfast—coffee and bread from a nearby café—was delicious. The location and the room’s cleanliness and size felt very good value. The downside was the early‑morning construction noise around the station, and the old building’s plumbing gave off a slight odor.

Das Personal ist superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zentrale Lage direkt an Statzione Garibaldi; Alibus; 10 min zu Fuss in die historische Altstadt. Die angekündigte Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption (persönlich anwesend von 10:00 am - 10:00 pm) war leiden nicht gegeben
