The accommodation was fantastic and the location was good; the T1 tram is nearby. The breakfast forced us to go to another hotel, which we didn’t think was ideal.

The place is in a great spot and the staff are lovely, but the AC broke and sprayed water all over us. They moved us to a nicer room on the top floor, but the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell coming from the shower and toilet.

Everything was absolutely great! The room was very comfortable and cozy, the location was excellent, the breakfasts were also very good, and the hotel staff deserve special respect! In particular, Mr. Hussein was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help and do everything so you feel comfortable. Thank you so much!

“Tyvärr, jag har inget minne alls”

I want to say a few things because I absolutely will never book there again. It’s extremely hot, 34° in Turkey. They have no AC. My kids are crying a lot. They can’t sleep tonight and I can’t sleep because I have to talk to reception every day because we have no AC. They said they would fix it from the beginning to the end, my times are at the hotel they don’t do it, they take the flight and it doesn’t help and they don’t clean every day, just the empty trash cans at the hotel. I can give you a 0/10. I booked a large room for two adults with two kids. They lied to me about a room for two adults. I told them I ordered a large room, they said you will sleep here today we’ll solve it tomorrow, another day they said I have no space. I said absolutely not, I ordered and paid for two adults and two kids. This is not a good hotel, never again in my life I will come to that hotel, that was my huge disappointment.
