Overall it was very good and the breakfast was also nice.

A friendly Italian man worked at the bar, reception was okay but not great, housekeeping was inefficient, and the shower didn’t meet expectations.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights and transport links, and the staff were wonderful; my room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable, but when we returned at 17:00 the room still hadn’t been cleaned and there were no fresh towels.
