The location was fine, but the room’s cleanliness was lacking: on the second day it wasn’t cleaned, the washroom wasn’t cleaned properly, the beds were old and worn, the pillows smelled, and the coffee pods weren’t replaced daily until we asked.

The cleanliness, customer service, and overall services were good, and they could accommodate my request to be on a higher floor, but there was no availability to extend my stay in the same suite.

The facilities were nice and clean, our room had plenty of space, the staff were very friendly, and there was free airport shuttle, but connecting to Wi‑Fi was a bit difficult and when they cleaned the room they didn’t replace the bath towels.
