I’ve stayed here for more than 35 years and it’s the only hotel I’ll ever book in Redding; there’s nothing to complain about.

The parking and balcony were close together, but the staff were rude and dismissive, the AC didn’t work, and they only offered a $25 discount with no real solution; I couldn’t reach management because none were available.
