B&B Alba Chiara

“Da Ripetere Sicuramente”

I had a truly positive experience at B&B Taurinova Alba Chiara! The place was welcoming, well-maintained, and perfect for a pleasant, relaxing stay that made me feel at home right away. A special thanks to Mrs. Bernabete, who was very kind and helpful, giving me all the necessary instructions for a smooth check‑in. The breakfast included with the stay, served at a nearby pastry‑bar, was also highly appreciated and delicious! I would definitely recommend this B&B and would gladly return.

The air‑conditioner didn’t work well. The lighting was problematic, and it was hard to find the entrance.

The pool was nice. The person handling our check‑in caused us to wait two hours, and we had to use a family member as a translator because she was at a funeral—sorry, next time arrange someone else. We left to stay elsewhere, but family said she was only 10 minutes away, so we went back. No apology and never heard from her again. The breakfast that was included was a café down the street; we got one regular coffee or juice and one jam croissant. The staff were great, but that’s not what I would call an included breakfast. I don’t recommend staying here. The smoke detector needed new batteries and kept beeping; in the end we took it down because no one was fixing it. I don’t like to complain, but sometimes you have to say it.

Everything was perfect: a large apartment with all the comforts, a kitchen, a fridge, a very convenient pool, and the staff were helpful! Great value for money. We didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included with the apartment package; if we had booked a room it would have been, maybe the booking page isn’t clear enough.

A cool room with air conditioning, an in‑room bathroom… daily cleaning, the bathroom was spotless with fresh towels and toiletries! The pool, even though we didn’t use it, looked great! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The location is strategic, only a half‑hour from the Tyrrhenian and Ionian seas.
