The location is great, with free private parking, and it’s not too far from Spoleto, the Marmore waterfalls, Narni, San Gemini, and the Carsulae archaeological park.

The pool was lovely after a long day in the heat. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. No air conditioning- it did say that on the booking but I missed it. It was so hot, they did the best they could with some fans but did make it hard to sleep

I was disappointed that the room had no air conditioning, though I heard it will be fixed by 2027.
