The rooms were spacious, the whole hotel had Wi‑Fi, and I appreciated the attentiveness of Ms. Constanza from general services and the breakfast manager, who was very kind; she and the service ladies treated guests with great courtesy and were willing to help. The reception staff, however, were a different story; I only mention the front‑desk girl on duty that day, who showed little willingness to cooperate and used an inappropriate tone for certain situations.

I was impressed by the lovely view, but when we booked with breakfast, the kitchen was under maintenance that day, so we got no refund or food at all.

The area was very quiet, so you could rest without any problem, but the facilities and linen were poorly maintained, some lights were not working, and they informed us that the included breakfast was unavailable due to the earthquake, even a month later.
