“Nice place and also safe”
The hospitality was top‑class, nothing to complain about.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to find us another room, and everything was excellent.
“We felt very unsafe at this property”
The guest house was ok. People were checking in at inappropriate hours, 2/3 in the morning. No respect for the other people sleeping. Talking loud at your door/window. Parking is a problem as we were parked in at night. The pillows had yellow stains on them, the first night our aircon made a tractor sound yet it was off whole through the night
“The place is okay, the problems were the Tv that was not working and lack of remotes for the gate”
The location was fine, the room was clean and comfortable, water pressure and shower were good, but there were no gate remotes, late‑night guests had to hoot at the gate causing noise, the TV didn’t work because DStv wasn’t paid, and early‑departure guests made noise trying to open the gate.
The place felt safe and secure, the room was clean and the surroundings were peaceful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
