“Passable”

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast needs improvement for guests, as the service was very limited and offered little variety.

The main highlight is the view from the terrace. However, the room could use a quick refresh – the wallpaper around the bed and the blinds need attention.

I liked the beautiful view, the spacious rooms, and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the coffee machine mentioned was broken, and it seemed nobody was fixing it. The bed was hard and squeaked often, hurting sleep quality. The sound insulation was poor; my room was separated from the breakfast area by a thin wall, so every noise from that space was clearly audible, making quiet impossible. Breakfast was also disappointing – the selection was too small and lacked variety, especially for longer stays. While there are positives, the sleep comfort, sound insulation, and maintenance of equipment need urgent improvement.

“If you like hiking and a mediocre stay this is the place for you.”

The view and the bathroom were great, and the tub was amazing, so I used it daily. We also liked the large-screen TV. The location was inconvenient (no taxis would go to the hotel), the bed was hard, the walls in the main room were peeling, the blinds were broken, and the AC dripped all over the floor, creating a slip hazard. Staff were absent during check‑out.
