The quiet and serenity, the politeness and the staff’s and manager’s attitude go beyond expectations to make your stay pleasant. The location is very difficult; you need large, clear signage and cannot rely on “street kids” to guide you—only someone who grew up in such places will understand; it feels like two different and parallel worlds, and inside the golden cage!

Wonderful stay We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Palais Tara & Spa in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The riad is beautiful, peaceful and very well located in the heart of the Medina, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still having a lovely calm place to return to. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop area and pool. Breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff genuinely made us feel looked after and welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Palais Tara & Spa. Highly recommended!. The only small suggestion would be to offer a simple food option for guests arriving late. On our first night, we arrived tired and were unable to have anything to eat at the riad. The staff kindly walked us to a nearby restaurant, which we really appreciated, although having the option of something small and quick to eat at the riad would have been more convenient after travelling
