The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering a wide selection. At check‑out we mentioned that we didn’t like a fish dish from dinner, so the amount was deducted from our final bill and, as a “sorry”, the manager gave us a nice complimentary treat, a gesture that’s almost impossible to find these days. Bravo! Unfortunately there’s no covered link to the thermal baths, even though they’re just under a hundred meters away.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and especially courteous when they allowed us a late check‑out. Breakfast was excellent, I’d say. Taking a superior room left me a bit disappointed – it was rather small, had no remote for the AC, and the price was slightly higher for that room. For a quick getaway and train arrivals it’s inconvenient because it’s out of the way.

The staff were kind, and there’s a big garden that would benefit from better upkeep. The hotel feels eclectic and very old‑fashioned. It could be beautiful – a huge garden and buildings with solid architectural bones – but the lack of investment and neglect are obvious. Most guests seem to be around 70 years old. I personally didn’t enjoy the vibe or the smells; I was eager to leave. The room was clean but had several flaws: plastic cups, a very old, cheap, barely functional bathroom. The whole place feels so outdated – it’s a real shame.

Breakfast was good. Given the price, I expected more. I wouldn’t call it a high‑end four‑star; the standard room feels like a three‑star, nothing special.

Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins, le parc et l’endroit sont très beaux, le petit déjeuner très copieux C’est très reposant et charmant. Une bouilloire dans la chambre aurait été apprécié, le bruit de le ventilation et la chasse d’eau qui fuit dans la salle de bain sont un peu dérangeant C’est dommage de pas avoir un accès au spa gratuit, prendre la formule spa + chambre ça fait un rapport qualité prix pas au top
