Shepard's Delight

The host was lovely; we were delayed arriving but she turned on the heating and left welcome treats, and in the morning we enjoyed the lovely views and great location. The interior was clean, snug, and the size was good for a couple and dog‑friendly, with lovely grounds to walk the dog. The night was very windy and wet, and unfortunately we heard some banging noises—later we discovered a bin lid was flapping. I asked about Wi‑Fi, but it went off early and didn’t come back on in the morning; we were fine using our own data.

The location is nice, quiet, clean, and cosy—perfect for a break away, and it’s close to town for pubs, groceries, etc.

“Wunderschöne Hütte in toller Umgebung”

Veronica was a genuinely sweet and attentive host who created such a wonderful place. The cabin had everything you could need, feeling cozy and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was also well equipped, even including an Airfryer. The outdoor area looked lovely, but we couldn’t use it because it rained heavily. A big plus is that dogs are allowed.

“Totally relaxing and beneficial”

The owner was fantastic, incredibly helpful and considerate, anticipating every need beyond what one would expect. There was nothing at all that could be criticized.
