The place was clean and the location was good. The staff didn’t speak English, which wasn’t a big issue but could be problematic in an emergency. The pillow was not good, and there was no kettle or anything to use—just a place to sleep.

We were welcomed with great care and attention; we don’t speak German, but they used Google Translate and everything went smoothly! The location is excellent, parking is in front of the river at a city‑run lot that costs 5 euros per day, close to the hotel, and everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy.
