The rooms, lobby, and bar area were all modern and clean, and the staff were excellent with a pleasant scent in the reception area; the shower was a bit naff, lacking power but still functional.

Everything.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, yet the shower was cold on both nights; on the first night there was no water pressure, so the hotel gave me a new room, which was helpful, but the new room’s shower was also cold.

Excellent breakfast, and the tikka masala at the restaurant was super tasty, but I had to sleep in room 30, which was very impersonal and not what I had requested, even though the reception said I had booked it.

I chose this property because I had a work commitment nearby. However, there were stains on my bed sheet, hair in the shower, the reception staff were not helpful or friendly, no water bottles or any amenities were provided in the room, and the restaurant staff were not the best either; this is barely a 1‑star hotel.
