Disappointing Suite 315 – Not Worth the Upgrade Having stayed at this hotel several times before, I was genuinely disappointed with Suite 315. To be honest, I would hardly call it a suite. It felt more like an ordinary hotel room with an additional sitting area and a sofa. There was no particular charm, character or added comfort to justify calling it a suite. Unfortunately, the weather was rather cold during our stay, and the air conditioning could not be switched to heating mode. It simply blew air without providing any warmth. The bathroom heater was not working either. The showerhead was also broken and had been very poorly repaired with silicone. These were just some of the maintenance issues we noticed, along with other details I won’t go into. Having stayed here on several occasions, I can confidently say that a standard room is just as good, if not a better choice. I really think more attention should be paid to the general maintenance of the rooms, including the equipment, bathroom fittings and paintwork. This is a real shame because the hotel has a lot of potential. I would strongly encourage the management to personally inspect the rooms and facilities to see where improvements are needed. Overall, the hotel is perfectly adequate for a one-night stay, provided everything is working properly. However, Suite 315 certainly did not live up to my expectations, and I would not recommend paying extra for it in its current condition. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as I would genuinely like to see this hotel reach its full potential
