“Helpful staff, clean comfy room, nice restaurant.”

The staff were helpful and managed to find me a room that was more suitable than the first one by the elevators, although it wasn’t as quiet as I’d requested. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, blinds and curtains that blocked morning light, and double glazing that muted sound. The hairdryer was great and the iron was easy to use. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food good. The only downside was the mirror by the desk for when you use the hairdryer, and the rubbish outside the hotel from people smoking—move the bin so it’s visible.

The room was expensive enough without breakfast, which was a major drawback. No other comments.

We didn’t stay in a hotel room ourselves (the booking was for a guest); public transport by bus was disappointing, and while there is a train station, it’s only suitable for people who can walk about 25 minutes.

The accommodation was spacious and the stay was pleasant. The location, especially the lack of public transport options, made it difficult and especially hard to get a rental car to the hotel.
