The location was good. There was no communication, the staff didn’t understand what we wanted for breakfast, one of them even went shopping to prepare it. The room had no external windows, was damp, the sheets were dirty and already used. In the hotel hall, there were two beds to sleep on.

The room was nice, with large, comfy beds. Breakfast included eggs, baguettes, coffee and local sweets. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, arranging a cave tour for us and giving us cookies on the trip. The room was a touch cold.

The spot was right next to our bus drop‑off and pick‑up, with good nearby restaurants. The room was spacious. A friendly lady gave us free bottled water when we left. We’d agreed to arrive at 3 am after a sleeper bus, but the door was locked and the place was dark. We had to bang and shout to get in. A cockroach greeted us at the top of the stairs. Inside, the room wasn’t clean; there was a used towel and a used toothbrush left by the previous guest. It was freezing and the bed only had a thin sheet.

The hotel was clean and quiet, close to the bus drop‑off. The three‑person room was large and the AC worked, but because I’m quite big the mattress wasn’t thick enough and I slept poorly. The Wi‑Fi was weak; we were on the first floor and could barely get a signal. The manager didn’t speak much English—bring a translation app. He offered several trekking routes and kayak cave tours, which we enjoyed. There was no elevator; the spiral staircase was slippery.
