The receptionist was extremely friendly and helped me change rooms to find something more acceptable than the initial one, which was below any reasonable standard; however, the overall condition of the hotel does not justify its cost. The room needs major refurbishment—furniture, carpet, doors, and wardrobe are all old and worn out and should be replaced.
