“Maravilhosa”
The place is great, spot on location. The room was spotless, had lockers under the beds, curtains on the bunk beds, and towels and duvets already on the bed without extra charge. The bed was comfy, there was air‑conditioning, and the bathroom was in the room. There were outlets and a light near the bed to charge phones and power banks. Shared bathrooms were available for drying hair or showering while someone else was using the room’s bathroom, and there was a laundry room too. Staff were polite, and there was a hostel bar outside for drinks and mingling with other guests. It was by far the best hostel I stayed at on my trip; I’d return a thousand times. The only gripe was that the sink drain in the bathroom of the room I stayed in didn’t drain, so the water soaked the whole bathroom and flooded the shower box. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
