The room was spacious and the internal door between the bedroom and the living area/second bed was a nice touch, better than typical two‑bed rooms. Breakfast was decent but sometimes very crowded. Pets were allowed for a fee. It sits right in the Galeries de la Capitale shopping area, with an Adonis right behind it. Overall, the stay wasn’t comfortable or worth the money. It took three days and multiple trips to reception to get the room’s door lock “fixed”, only to be told to keep trying until it worked. The floor wasn’t cleaned well; we had to buy our own cleaning supplies. Wheelchair or stroller users should be cautious: our ground‑floor room was between the reception and breakfast area, but stairs separated them (there is a side exit that lets you bypass the building to the main reception, but it’s not ideal in bad weather). Just ask for a fully accessible room if that’s a requirement. The facilities were clearly aging and needed refurbishment.

l'accueil était au top, des gens extrêmement gentils. Stationnement sur place qui est un vrai plus. mobiliers vieillot, salle de bain à refaire avec carrelage au sol cassé, machine à café dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de petits déjeuner
