The place was quiet and the room was clean with a good bed, but the entrance felt a bit scary and the vibe was spooky without any real reason.
You get what you pay for at this hotel; it seemed aimed at local Thai visitors, the rooms were clean, and the walkable area was interesting and peaceful, though the bed was very uncomfortable with springs that kept poking you all night, there were many mosquitoes, and the location was far from town, which we didn't mind.

The countryside setting gave a view of a river and meadow behind the property, but there was no bike available and the place felt very remote; the restaurant, bar, and seating area no longer existed, the property needed a bit of TLC, and we had to leave because finding food was a struggle.
