The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. We needed a room on very short notice for health reasons, and before the official check‑in we were given access to the room and offered complimentary tea that was soothing. We were asked about our wellbeing throughout and any other requests were handled very well. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. The rooms are also very appealing, lovingly decorated and clean. Thanks for everything!
